Nuke is a little different though than AEs in the fact that it's a "Node Based Compositor" rather than AEs being a "Layer Based Compositor" but again Nuke is most definitely just as powerful as AEs is, once you get familiar with it of-course (I'd even say it's more powerful than AEs due to it's native 3d capabilities).
